When you order through Guest2Door (NOVA·EATS), we collect only what is needed to fulfil your order: your name, WhatsApp/phone number, the room or unit you are staying in, and the items you order. If you pay online, payment is processed by our payment partner — we never see or store your card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
Your details are used to prepare and deliver your order, to let you track it, and to resolve support issues. Our operations team shares only what the kitchen needs: your first name, your order items, and your delivery location. Your phone number is never shared with the restaurant.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your order history for advertising. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.
You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp. Order records required for accounting and legal compliance may be retained in anonymised form.
